Croatia - Product launch readiness support

A national company, licensee of a Tier 1 producer’ s hospital product, wanted to assure a successful launch. 

A status quo of the situation was first assessed for advancement and gaps vs the sector best practices, benchmarked vs successful internal & external product launches in the country. 

Then, a company readiness <> product readiness <> market readiness framework approach was co-worked with management, mapped  for initiative tracks, activities within each one of the tracks, RACI matrix and time frames, with contingency planning and fall back scenarios, minimum necessary go/no-go milestones , and support was provided on the know-how or expertise gap areas.

The project was accompanied until the product launch with a mixed support (remote / presential).  The product achieved the first 6 months of forecasted sales.
